You are registering for the Idaho Youth Summit at Camp Lutherhaven in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The dates for this conference are June 14-17, 2010. Use this form ONLY if you plan on riding on the provided Charter Bus for an additional $40.00. (If your school is providing their own bus, do not fill out this form.) See bus schedule. If you do not want to reserve a spot on the bus, please fill out the alternate form. *Registration Fees are non-refundable after May 14, 2010. Transportation fees are non-refundable.
