  1. I won’t be able to make it to the planning meeting but i have a few random thoughts that might spark an idea or two, and of course you can change it around how ever you like. For theme i thought up, brightening your future, unstoppable you, thinking positive, being yourself, diversity, just you, and one of a kind. then i’m not sure what the t-shirts would look like, but creativity can come in any form with those themes…thanks for listening.

  3. It may be a little late, but I have a great idea, I have had this idea in my head for months now, and I never thought of introducing it to the IDFY til now… the theme, Love Not Bood, it basically means do something because you want to not because your are expected too. In todays world there is alot of pressure on the youth to sore high and become Doctors, or lawyers or whatever, but what kid actually wants to be a Lawyer at 12 or 15 years old? kids these days are dreaming of alot of other stuff, like traveling the world, or drawing art, and by the time they are out of high school they are twisted into another conformist of society. but why? and at what cost? the cost of destroying thier imagination, I am not talking about going against thier government, but only to use there abilities and work for what they actually WANT, not what people expect them to do. if you graduate people expect you to go to college, but lets face it, 90% percent of the people who go to college dont even know what they want to do with thier life. they are simply there because society has forced them to be there. its either be a college student, or be frowned upon for not doing so…

so why not do what you want?

I know the “Love Not Blood” might be a bit racy to put as a theme for a well renowned youth summit, so any variation would work for it…
